Our welcome to the hotel made us feel at total ease . we were treated like royalty, hot towels and a drink to cool down. The rooms have a spectacular view. The beach and pool are nice.

Food is kind of boring and service at times not responsive.

But overall relaxing. Totally recommended for honeymoon

my wife and i had our honeymoon at coco bay. We only lasted 3hrs in the place. We paid extra money for a beachside cottage, which never was!!. The room we were allocated had huge lizards wandering around in it, and a tree growing into the bathroom. Summoned to see the manager for complaining. Eventually they found us another terrible hotel (hawksbill beach resort). But only after i had to pay an extra £1000 to thomas Cook Signature. That took the cost of my honeymoon up to £5000!!!!. KEEP AWAY

This hotel comes with a big reputation, RATS walking in the dining area when you are eating!!

Just returned from our third visit to Coco Bay (21/01/06 ).This hotel is exactly as described in the brochure. We have never been disappointed from the first impressions when checking in, to the sensational view from our cottage window. The location is out of this world, each cottage well spaced from its neighbour and all with a clear view of the sea. Food is plentiful and varied, good choice at all meals. Staff are excellent, friendly, efficient and always eager to please. The only problem Coco Bay has caused us is how to find another holiday that can compare.
