This place is a decrepid overpriced dump. Broken or tatty furniture & decor, a half full pool because the liner is ripped, an unattractive dirty beach. We used it for a day room before our night flight, i would rather sleep on a bench at the airport than be there at night. We tried to have an afternoon sleep but one of the male staff let himself into our room & rummaged around in the safe (we did not have anything in it). It is isolated & spooky. Stay away!

This hotel has had some good and bad reviews in the past. I think the reviews are a function of expectations. This is not really a resort. It appears to be primarily used by business people as it is very handy to the airport. Airport noise is not a problem as it is not in the flight path and the airport seems to shut down at night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is fabulous. The place is clean, very old and not at all fancy. It would remind you of an old US motel in the boondocks. It is on the ocean and has a beach and some grounds. The price was right compared to the resorts but still very high for what it is by US standards.

Beachcomber,Antigua, West Indies, has it all. Fantastic location to airport as well as downtown with all the ammentities needed for a perfect holiday. Quaint beach property with cleanliness a priority. Two chefs compliment each other with outstanding quality meals. Business travelers also enjoy this hop, skip and a jump to the airport with internet connectivity and conference room availability. Staff aim to please.
If it was good enuf for the late Princess Di to stay at on her way to Barbuda, it's good certainly good enuf for us Bostonians. Deb and Tony.

“Terrible! Stay away at all costs!”

Stay away at all costs. This hotel is spooky and disgusting and a total rip-off. If you have to stay here due to an early morning flight departure do not go to the hotel's restaurant. The waitress presented the meal as included in the room price or at least prix-fixe. The bad fast-food style meal costs $40 US per person. As for the details, the light bulb in the room's lamp didn't work, there was a huge cockroach in the bath and the entire hotel sounds like a horror movie because of the wind howling through the rooms. And the hotel is in an unattractive middle of nowhere a 5 minute drive from the airport. This place would be OK for $20 a night but it deserves to be banned at its current $90/night price. Let's drive it out of business.

This is not a facility for a family vacation or any vacation. Maybe if you are looking for a place to stay for a night in transit, you could take a chance. The cottage we reserved was not ready on arrival. We were given rooms to stay in. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty and the rooms looked like they hadn't been used for a while. Certainly not enchanting. The beach area is totally inundated with sea weeds. The pool was dirty. We were so disappointed that we cancelled the balance of our stay at the facility and went elsewhere.
