“Does what you'd expect”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

Cheap-ish. Food ok... And great for the price. Just a place to go for some quick food.
It's massive inside so only half the restaurant was open. Weird....why so big ?
Excellent quick and friendly service. Spoke to,the manager (Louise ...I think), about a problem with one of our meals. Replaced and not charged. Much respect to her.
Nice and clean inside, which is a refreshing change, as many big chains seem to think a dirty dishcloth wiped over a table is acceptable.

Would return without hesitation.

“Unhappy”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2013

While waiting for friends to arrive we were given a table and then abandoned..in one hour we were not asked if we were okay or needed anything and when we were ready to order we had to track down a waitress. The meals were nothing special and we were disgusted with the bbq burger.. it was £2 dearer than the normal burger just because it had 2 onions rings and bbq sauce on it.. we had a word with the manager about it and even he seemed embarrassed and explained there was nothing he could do as they were set prices.. One waitress had a terrible attitude when a friend told her that she'd asked for the lamb to be well done and it was running with blood she actually scowled before grabbing the plate and walking off.. no apology, not even a smile of acknowledgement.. But I have to praise the other waitress who was serving us.. Michelle was friendly and helpful and certainly made up for the very ignorant one.
