Much as the other reviewers, we found this b & b to be a real find. Spotlessly clean and actually smelled fresh all the time. Bedroom was comfortable, the curtains are light so bring your eyeshades, we always travel with ours so not a problem! DVD player in the room with plenty of dvds to choose from, along with books/brochures. Breakfasts were ample: lovely fresh fruit salad, choice of cereals, yoghurt, full English breakfast... Location is excellent, you can walk to the beach or drive to the car park and walk along the lovely sandy stretch of beach. The circular walk to Horsey Mere was beautiful and we did spot the cranes. The National Trust shack was excellent for afternoon tea - lovely guy running the shop who was very knowledgeable and welcoming too. Local pub excellent and friendly, genuine.
We had bedroom 3 I think, a nice sized bedroom with a comfortable double sized bed. Large bathroom...
