Fantastic hotel. lovely balinese decor...staff really friendly and helpful.The buffet breakfast was alright with good selection of food ,however there was not much variation. Rooms were very clean, service good. and the sunken pool awesome. The staff were so nice to us and kids all the time. There was this guy who arranged the water sports and we left the kids with him during scuba diving and he took good care of them. the food in the resort was not very good however there was room service for 24 hrs. They have another Resturant called Tao across the road served very good food specially The "Crab fried rice" although we found both the food and the drinks very expensive. Also you can watch the sea right from the pool next to Tao restaurant.

Tips: Don't miss the couple massage in the resort.

This hotel is a bit run down as you would expect for a 3/4 star. It is however very comfortable and the hotel is value for the price. We booked a pool side room and it was large with a good size balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast included in the cost included a fair choice of items and the egg lady was always happy and smiling. she even remembered all our names and there was 9 of us.
The only down side of the hotel was the financial record keeping the system is slow and many of the staff did not appear to understand how to use it. We cleared our bills every couple of days and every time it was a battle. The staff were helpful but every time I was told the previous items were still on the bill and had to show my receipts. Every one in our group had this problem. There is no question this is a problem that needs to be fixed with staff training and a better system. I would suggest that any one staying at this hotel needs to regulary check their accounts and keep all receipts. There is no suggestion of anyone trying to short change us .... only not being able to use their own accounts system.
The area the hotel is in is a bit out of the way but we were aware of that but it could be a draw back if you want to be closer to the action

Location: Good for water sports but far from Kuta and surfing;
Food: ok, if you are looking for Ballinese food, you should go out

Others: Best we enjoyed is Restaurant 'SAKALA', just opposite to this resort- best western signature dish available in Bali. It has also got pool and restaurant alongside the beach, nice arrangement. All the water sports just opposite to the resort

the stay was just perfect for a wonderfull holiday.... everything thing was excellent....room...food....hotel....the beach....
