We rented kayaks at a stand on the beach at Tipanies and traveled to both Motu's. Coco Beach restaurant is located on the larger Motu, however, they were not open when we were there. The rest of it was primarily overrun with boat excursion tours who had staked claims on different parts of the motu's to entertain paying customers. Hence, the signs "Prive!" (private). There is a nice lagoon between the two islands which offers great snorkeling if you can find a place to land your kayak or just do what others do and go with a boat tour group. Beautiful palce to see but had wished it was more public. Renting a kayak and eating at the Coco Beach restaurant would be an option also, but you may want to inquire about their hours before going.
