Description: The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to order oyster bar, exterior North Drop Bar overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and private meeting rooms. This Pensacola Beach restaurant, with an air of island casualness, serves the highest-quality cuisine, including the freshest local seafood featured on menus designed and printed daily to take advantage of the local bounty. The atmosphere creates a fusion of the Caribbean and the Pensacola Bay Area. Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy has a passion for great-tasting food and particularly loves working his culinary magic with fresh Gulf Coast seafood. Boaters and beach-goers feel comfortable in shorts and flip-flops at the oyster bar, in the dining room and at the North Drop Bar. The Grand Marlin has a space and atmosphere for all occasions and is looking forward to creating an authentic experience between time and tide.

“Delicious food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

This is a restaurant you must eat at least once if you are in Pensacola and makes me wish I lived there full time. A fun place, great ambience, good staff and absolutely fabulous food. Fresh seafood and super desserts....

“Superb”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

The service was great and the food was also. Very pleasant atmosphere eating outside with a gentle breeze. Our visit was late June and we were surprised at how comfortable it was outside!

“Our Favorite”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

We spent Father's Day at this refined casual full service restaurant. Our large party ranged from Grandparents to tweens. The menu is excellent. The service makes the experience lovely. Whether seated in the dining room or covered deck the atmosphere can be quite magical. Love this place.

“Deserving of the #1 rating”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

Probably the best beach restaurant I've ever eaten at. It is pricey but well worth it if your looking for quality fresh seafood prepared correctly. It was so good we went back the next day for lunch. Eat outside the water front location is a bonus.

“A definite must for anyone”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

This place is so great. Delicious food, fun atmosphere, nice bar (inside & outside). We came here for our 1st anniversary - we both wanted fresh seafood and a fun place to celebrate. This was perfect! The lobster fingers are a MUST. We had red snapper and grouper - both delicious & very fresh! For dessert, we had the praline basket. Don't pass this one up! It's the perfect end to a delicious meal. The drinks & wine menu are also fabulous!
