“Easy trail”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2014 via mobile

Nothing beats Angels landing. This is a easy trail but has some good views. Takes you to the passage of the narrows. Gives access to the river so you can enjoy the water too.

“Nice, Easy Little Trail”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2014

This is also the trail you take to get to the beginning of The Narrows. This one is pretty much always crowded, but with good reason - it's beautiful, it's a very easy walk, and it's accessible for those with mobility issues. There are lots of opportunities to cut off the path and explore the area around the trail. I suggest that tourists at least give this trail a shot to see more of the beauty of Zion.

“best walk of the park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2014

this walk has it all - canyon, narrows, water, wildlife, views, unexpected corners, ups and downs, ease of elk with some challenges (especially in winter when you may need ice cleats to attach to shoes). It's a longer walk, and it loos different both ways. Because of the canyon, the most light comes straight down for best illumination at midday - but then the trail can be crowded in summer months. Come early - stay late. Bring water and snacks.

“Spectacular easy walk”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2014

This 1-mile (each way) paved trail leads from the end of the road up into the Zions Narrows. A beautiful way to get a quick look at this spectacular canyon. This is also the starting point for day trips up into the Narrows proper, but the water and temperature in January discouraged us from wading into the river!

“Relaxing trail by the water”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2014

I enjoyed this trail since it was by the water and was easy walk to the end and back. I had knee surgergery 3 months prior to this trip to Zion and was able to do this trail without any issues. The scenery made me forget my discomfort and gave me encouragement to start hiking again. This is an easy pace and fun walk for all ages. Vegetation and humming birds were interesting along the path.
