Just returned from a winter weekend at the JM Lodge. I've never spent so much ($170) for so little. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin so be prepared to listen to lovemaking, kids screaming and couples bickering. There is no TV to help drown out the noise so bring earplugs. The bed was terrible and you could easily feel the springs. The carpet felt dirty. There was no small table in the bathroom and only one hook, so be prepared to dress outside the bathroom, or to drop all your stuff on the floor. The lobby area with its wifi and crackling fire, was nice. The restaurant food was ok, but pricey (to be expected) and service was very slow (understaffed). I recommend camping if you visit in the summer, or picking another park (or private accommodations) if you want a winter experience.
