“Breathtaking”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

This 2200 years old majestic tree leaves you speechless.

However, being in the midst of all the other sequoias, you lose some perspective as how large it truly is.

“Must see vacation spot”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

If you have never visited General Sherman tree in the Sequoia National Forest then you are missing out on one of the best wonders of the world. One of the oldest and largest living thing on earth is an awesome sight. It is a great photo opportunity for the family while passing through on a day trip or while camping out. A must see at least once in your lifetime.

“Sequoia NP”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

The climb to Morro point was well worth the effort. The views are spectacular.
The General Sherman Tree is a must as well. It is confusing since the first sign you come to announces the tree as the world's largest, but you have to hike another .2 miles to get to the really big tree.

“Spectacular”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2012

We had seen several very large trees in various parts of Sequoia National Park and could not imagine General Sherman could be any more impressive. It is! Still growing this specimen is a wonderful exhibit and I'm so happy to have been there and walked around to enjoy every angle.
