For years we have enjoyed the food at the Maswik Lodge Cafeteria, but never ventured into the lounge (now called a pizza pub)-a room just off the cafeteria-until our last visit. We were very hungry so placed an order for the garlic bread sticks assuming that would come faster than the pizza. They were made to order and were hot out of the oven when we got them. The sticks were absolutely delicious- fairly thin, hot and soft and lightly topped with garlic butter as well as served with a small cup of soft garlic butter. We saw how large the whole pizzas were and also not all wanting the same kind, we opted for individual slices. Two of the slices were already made, but they had to make one of the others fresh. They all were great-fresh crust, not too much sauce and good toppings. Three of us split the order of bread sticks, so after I ate my slice of pizza I was still a little hungry and ordered more bread sticks. No one else minded helping me eat them. While the cafeteria food is excellent, this gives you a good option if you feel like pizza.
