This is a low-budget hotel with a top dollar price tag. After a recent two night stay at the Denali Bluffs Hotel, we were very dissapointed. Upon our arrival at the train station, we had to run all over the place to different buses to ascertain which one was going to the Denali Bluffs Hotel, as our bus had no sign. Then, upon arrival, we were left standing in the middle of the parking lot, not knowing where to go or how to get a key. In addition, two senior citizens had to drag their luggage up and down steep slopes for about a block getting to the last building, and then upstairs to the room (no hotel help and no elevators). The room was small, but clean and had a nice view of the canyon. The hotel restaurant food was very average, but the worst experience was the box lunch that we purchased from them for the Tundra trip the next day. The lunch cost approximately $15/person; it was made the night before and was very soggy with a dried up cookie...terrible!! Our experience there would insure us not returning. My son is at Denali as I write this review, and we advised him to stay at the Denali Princess Hotel, which is much more upscale.
