I brought 8 people to Denali Cabins in early June renting three cabins for two nights. The experience in my mind was dismal. Breakfast both days was bad but on Tuesday they litterally didn't have any food for breakfast because it was "Tuesday and we always run out of food on Tuesday." They did not offer compensation, apologies or anything. When pressed I was told "this is Alaska." (I am from Alaska, i don't buy it) They didn't clean the bathroom in one of the cabins. I know because the flapper needed to be reattached to the flush valve and it wasn't. We paid for 4 people to stay in a cabin but they never brought 4 towels, despite being asked more than times. There was a gas leak in one cabin. We took the tour they only acknowledged the first bus, the second bus was not given any information. No communication. It was just bad all the way around. Then when I called to complain, corporate completely ignored me. I called a second time. All I asked for was a letter from the President of the Company apologizing. I was assured I would revceive one. It's been five months - no letter. Run run run.
