“Wondrous”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2014

This is Utah's largest park. Alot of ground to cover. It has 2 different entrances at opposite ends of Moab.
I would say to give 2 days to really enjoy it's diversity.
We really Enjoyed our time.
Tip: with all National park in the U.S.A. if you pay a $80 fee and get a park pass.it is good at all national park. 2 adults can sign the back and can you it with i.d .

“Another must do sight in the Moab area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2014

Utah has so many beautiful sights and this is a must do when staying at or near Moab. It can be fitted in with the Dead Horse Point State Park, awe inspiring in itself.

“Awesome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2014

For the best views, take Potash Road (see separate review) North of Moab and enter the Park from the back, the views are much more interesting. What is distant ideas from the paved road in the park, turns into overwhelming and inspiring beauty surrounding you while you drive among the formations and canyons. The Visitors center in Island in the Sky is very helpful, they can answer any questions about distances and road conditions. However, there is nothing else, i.e., tired of the difficult drive on Potash Road I asked for coffee only to be told: "no, we don't have anything, no food, nothing"...

“Great views”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2014

Went to see the Needles. Was surprised to find that a lot of the very interesting view were not part the park.
It is a pity that it is a long drive from the main road and places to stay.

“Short visit but well worth the drive!”

Didn't have long to visit but glad we drove to the park. Only saw a small part, but so beautiful! Will have to return again!
