“Broken Arch”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

Of all the hikes we did in the park, this was the least fun one. We started at the parking lot near the sand dune arch. There is no variation in the trail. You can see the arch from the beginning of the trail and the walk is further than it looks like at first. The arch itself is not too special. Don't get me wrong, every arch is beautiful but compared to all the other arches (and the hikes you do to get to them) this is not really a must-see one, especially considering the not so interesting trail leading to it.

“Not a lot of visitors”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

This was a good one. Pretty arch, nice resting spot, and away from the rest of the travelers. For us, we only saw a couple of people while we were out there. Definitely recommended.

“Easy hike behind the campground”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2012

This is a nice trail to take from the campground and quieter than doing it from the road.

“One of the lesser sites to see in Arches National Prk”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2012

This arch is one of two to see from the same trailhead, the other being the more fun sandstone arch. This arch comes at the end of a walk through flat terrain filled with tiny shrubs that don't look like they should be alive, given how dry the climate is. The place is dotted with holes leading to dens of what must be rodents of some sort. The arch is not as awe-inspiring as others in the park.
