“Good food, good service.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2013

I went to the Eastham ferry with my family on saturday and have to say it was a very enjoyable experience. We were served quickly and with a smile. The waitress was excellent, taking our orders with a smile, even though she seemed to be working by herself with no help from the other waiter who was on with her. We ordered a variety of food and it was all cooked perfectly so compliments to the chef. I will definatly be visiting again. I wish the owners all the success they deserve for turning the place around.

“New owners, new start”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2013

I have been in a couple of times since it has be taken over by a new, young and hardworking couple. its nice to see it has been redecorated and they have put their touch on the place. the food has improved by a mile in portion size, taste and quality of food.
The atmosphere was lovely, quiet with low, chilled background music. The service was good, with a lovely waitress who got us whatever we needed and took our order for drinks and food at the table with a smile!
The menu has improved with a wide variety of meals at various prices and the kids menu has been made fun.
I personally got the mixed grill and my steak was cooked to perfection just the way i like it.
Overall the food was excellent along with friendly staff and atmosphere.
Can't wait to see what the owners have in store. Would reccommend to anyone and everyone who will listen.

“Eastham Ferry Hotel (early mothers day meal)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

We arrived on a Sunday without booking, but there was no problem even though they were busy. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was very clean withe plenty of space between tables and the food was lovely. Even the toilets deserve a mention, apart from being clean and well maintained, there was ample space in each cubicle and plenty of loo roll. Had a lovely meal, all the staff were very helpful and we had a very enjoyable time. If Sarah (the person in charge on the day) reads this, I am writing this especially at your request....hope this expresses our thanks for the lovely service.

“Nice time had today”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

Visited here today as we knew it wouldn't be too busy.We were greeted at the door by a nice conscienscous young waitress, which makes a nice change. The place was clean and cheerful enough. We didn't have to wait long before our drinks arrived, then our meals whivh were tasty. No complaints.Haven't been here since the new owners took over, think it will do well in the future. It was nice seeing -Jean also.Good luck.
