Went here for a Saturday evening meal. Suggest you book in advance as it was very busy with a great buzzy atmosphere and I imagine they will get busier during the summer season.
I had whitebait to start, and my husband had pate - both excellent and good portions. For mains, I had local sausages and mash and my husband had haddock. Wow - really well cooked and very generous portions. Unfortunately, we were then so full we couldn't manage puddings, which looked really lovely too. Lots of choice on the menu with daily specials.
The service is very friendly and efficient, food great and really good value for the quality and portions you get.
Would highly recommend this as a place to eat if you're in the area.
