“Baked Poetry cafe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

This is my favourite cafe anywhere. Go out of my way to get there if at all possible. Their iced coffee - espresso to pour over ice-blocks and ice-cream - is the pinnacle. Hear iced choc as good (granddaughter). Love their bread, soup, deli items, and cakes.

“Great village atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 8, 2013

Peregian Beach village has a wonderful community feel. Not only is the patrolled beach fabulous, the village has many great cafes and shops. The locals love it and that says a lot! Peregian Beach Market is on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month 7am - 12.30pm and really worth a visit. :)

“Surfy much improved!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

I know there have been some damning reviews of the Surf Club but there are new people running the Bistro.

Now there are pleasant and attentive staff, the food has improved over all recognition and the prices are good. Certainly worth checking out again.

They also have Trivia every Wednesday night - free entry and a free bus.

For all you aspiring musos there is an open mic session on the 2nd. and 4th. Friday - again a free bus.

Give it try.
