This place has a superb location, right on the seafront at the eastern end of the beach, with virtually its own private bay. There's a nice garden with hammocks and loungers (and the wi-fi works in some spots), and you can dine at the tables that line the beachfront. Our room was basic but adequate, and you're going to be spending all day on the beach anyway, so that's not really an issue. I'd recommend getting one with aircon - it can get pretty hot at night. The food is better than at most of the beachfront restaurants, if a little pricier, but staff can sometimes come across as a bit pushy, going round in the afternoon with a clipboard asking each room what they want for dinner that evening. They also operate a tab system (any food or drink that you order is added to your bill and you pay for everything at the end of your stay), which can lead to errors, so it's definitely worth double-checking the final bill before you settle it. Overall though, this place is worth it for the fantastic location.
