We found this restaurant after having an average day, we called up at around 8:45pm and asked for a table and they said to come down in 15 mins or so which was perfect. I think they do two sittings so we were the second sitting at 9pm.
Great atmosphere, warm and relatively friendly waiters though I'm not sure if anyone speaks english there. Saying that the menu is fairly easy to navigate as you have a choice of three degustation menus. The first for €20 has 6 entrees, 2 mains and a dessert! Then there is a slightly reduced menu for €16 with 6 courses and a mini degustation for €12. The food was fantastic though a few of the first courses came out a little fast.
We had a local beer to share from the Collesi birreria which was delicious, followed by a glass of white wine and some house red which was surprisingly good.
We left thoroughly satisfied, having had to loosen our belts a little towards the end of the evening! For two of us; 9 course, beer, 2 glasses of white, 1/2 litre of house red, sparkling water and coffee was €60 all up!
Bargain and highly recommended.
