I didn't know this restaurant before and It happened to go there by chance. From outside, it is a lovely cottage that invites people to enter. We went there for lunch and we found a very relaxing atmosphere, with a lovely stove in the centre of the room, nice people and an attentive service.
I had goats cheese wrapped in kafaiti pastry with salad, baby pears, roasted red peppers, toasted pecan nuts and homemade chilli jam: excellent !! My partner had the venison sausage salad, that were equally good. As a main, I went for the lamb, that was very tender and delicious, and he went for the pork belly with apricot and sage chutney, which he loved.
The owner of the restaurant was serving us, and It was a pleasure to have a chat with him.
I would definitely recommend this place and I will surely go back soon.
Ah, I forgot one very important thing: for the quality of the food they offer, prices are really really good and I hope the owner won't increase them! :)
