My wife and I love old mills. This one is great. Over the past several years, we've watched the millers grinding corn, and even bought some grits. It's a great piece of Appalachian history, even when the mill is closed.
Be Advised: Rabid Floridians with undisciplined children also visit this mill. They like to climb on this historic structure and break stuff. This is OUR mill. We, The People, own it. Keep your kids off of the +/- 128 year-old structure and behave yourselves.
