The Posada is off the main road, but if you ask anyone in the street they will indicate you the direction.
You will not see much of the owners, they will just show you your room, take the money and then leave you alone.
We had two double rooms: one was very nice, with some nice furniture, lampshades, mosquito net on the window. The other one had a broken window glued together with cellotape, absolutely no furniture apart from the two beds and not even an electricity plug. However, both rooms were clean, quiet and had working fans.
A bad surprise waited for us in the morning, when we found there was no running water and we couldn't find anyone who could help us on this, all the doors were locked and no one was to be found. We just left without brushing our teeth (luckily we had taken a shower the night before, but it would be nice to have another quick one in the morning just to freshen up...).
The posada has a nice wild garden with a big cage with budgerigars and mango trees, we collected a few mangos and had them for breakfast!
Cost: 250 pesos per double room per night.
