We ate here twice whilst staying in Seillans. First time, there were 5 of us, we sat inside due to "British" weather. The menu was extensive, without being too exhaustive, and we all managed to choose something that we enjoyed. My brother-in-law ventured to have frog's legs (when in France....) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience although they were too garlicky for my palate.
Second time, there were 8 of us, we sat outside. We all agreed that, again, the food was very good. The setting was very pleasant although you're somewhat enclosed by the restaurant and other buildings so there's no view as such. The waiting staff were very friendly speaking both French and English. This gave me a chance to try, with their encouragement, to converse in French but when it went haywire they reverted to English without making me feel awkward.
We had a great time and based on ambiance, food and service we would recommend this restaurant. Pricewise not cheap at all, but it's value for money and therefore did not feel overly expensive.
