Clean and huge rooms, wonderful staff. The owner Ya is the most amazing person in the world, she helps with any question! Thank you for having us!
Also I recommend the coffeeshop, croissants were fresh and very tasty.

Booked for two nights but stayed for 10! I hate to even review this guesthouse because I want it to keep a secret! BEAUTIFUL rooms. Huge! Soft comfy bed like at home with modern decor and a little kitchen type amenities. Staff is wonderful. So close to 24 hours store, ATM, pharmacy, amazing Indian restaurant, local food stands, secluded beaches and gorgeous views of the water down a three minute walk away. If you are on the fence about booking, do not hesitate and book it. You will be in love. Cape Panwa is a sleepy little area of Phuket and we wanted quiet-not the loud touristy spots. Bike rentals everywhere and at night there are merchants that set up in town (about a dozen or so). The Tree Top Restaurant two doors down has amazing local food. Try the chicken green curry with steamed rice. Wifi worked great in the room and were even able to stream Netflix without many hiccups. Also do not Miss the Beach bar if you rent a scooter. Right on the beach (we got deep fried fish with pepper and garlic). Incredible!!
All in all-we will be back and likely for a one month rental which is about $900. Worth every penny.

When I go to Thailand I usually stay at Cape Panwa. We love it there. And this guest house make it easier for us to want to come back again and again. The room is spacious, clean and safe and looks exactly as advertise in the photos. Ya, the owner, is a most gracious host and will ensure you have a great stay. The coffee shop is one of the best in Phuket. I usually drink soy Mocca or Caramel Soy Lattes and to be honest, I didn't think that they would be available on the menu or that if lucky enough to have them, they probably wont be to my taste...I was so glad that I was wrong!. The coffee is right up with the best and the presentation really professional, so having a coffee shop attached to your guest house is a bonus!.
It is a very convenient spot to stay, you have the 'Curry Night restaurant' and 'Kareena Massage' place and the Radisson's pools just across this guesthouse, so I encourage you to give it a go. You wont be disappointed.

Room Tip: Panwa is pretty quiet, but if you want to make sure you choose the quieter rooms, choose the ones at...

Found the little place across the road from our hotel. Lovely coffee and cakes here a lovely clean place well be back here tomorrow. It's very modern with lots of books and things to look at. Oh and of course free wifi to which all places I have found in Thailand offer for free when you use there service.

Directly across the raod from the Radisson Blu resort, the service is so friendly and the coffee is the best you will find locally. At the moment just beverages and sweets, but the owner Sathiya is intending to start doing meals in a month or so. It's just a very quiet and pleaseant place to have a drink. There is a Guesthouse above, but we did not stay so can't comment.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Rooms are huge, new, nicely decorated with lots of natural light and private balcony. Everyday cleaning was definetely a big plus. Owner was at coffee shop on the first floor when we arrived, she was a perfect host, always smiling and helping us. Booked for us day trup on Phuket and tickets to Phantasea show on good price. Helped us to rent a bike which is the must there as Cape Panwa is really far from everything so renting a bike is good option for exploring the island. Taxi is expensive there and if you want to explore surroundings than motorbike is the best option.
I've enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse and could recommend it as well as tasteful coffee from our host.
Single issue happend during our last night there as neighbours were celebrating huge wedding and sang karaoke all night long extremely loud. Ear plugs didn't help at all. It was single thing that spoilt a bit our stay.
