Really strange decision to keep the hotel open whilst construction was ongoing.

We arrrived to drills and hammers. But stayed the night hoping it would be allright (was travelling with my brother).

Woke up at 7/8 am to construction work. Suffice to say cancelled the other 3 days we had booked.

I just don't understand why as a business you would continue staying open. There were a lot of other people staying there looking to check out, all clearly distressed.

These are customers you are never going to get back.

I have not rated this a terrible, as at least they offered us money back on the 3 nights not used.

I would not return. But if it had been totally complete it might have been nice.

After a long flight delay we missed our first night stay at CC's but were offered an extra night to make up for it , Kenneth the manager was very accommodating.
We were upgraded to a fabulous room overlooking the pool.
The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in
The staff were great, from airport pick up right through to departure we felt like VIPs.
Justin and Luis at reception were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
We will be back, seriously considering staying a month next time.
The only downside is the hill, but without it there would not be the view or the seclusion so it's got it's plus points too.
There is a shuttle to everywhere as well so the hill really is not a problem.

Efficient and friendly transportation from the Airport to the resort.
Ease of check-in with friendly and happy staff.
Efficiency of the kitchen, housekeeping, and management staff whose sole purpose was to insure our stay was enjoyable. Any request (within reason) was met with positive responses.
The salt water pool was beautiful.
The bed was thick and luxurious. All rooms were equipped with a flat screen TV, safe, refrigerator, hot pot.
A great perk was to have available transportation to the beaches upon request.
Resort manager Ken Miller was most effective in running his staff to insure that our stay was beyond expectations.

After staying a week at my friend's house in Wat Chalong, I came here to stay 2 nights before I go back home.

My thai friends supposed to send me to the hotel but she didnt exactly where the location is, she called the hotel n then the hotel sent their staff to come to Karon beach to pick me up immediately.

About the room, they gave me a nice room, i like their decoration, cozy n clean, with the view of pool. And, i like the way they use towels to make elephants n swans n decorating the bed. To me, most important is that Wifi is smooth.

Their food, I gave them a full mark, yummy, no matter cocktails, thai food or western food, and the food was served fast to the room or poolside too.

Their staff is friendly n helpful. When I asked for an adaptor, they went to buy a new one for me as their was broken n it didn't take me over 20 minutes, very helpful n efficient.

Definitely I'll go back n refers frds here.
