I picked indigo because I was impressed by the beautiful rooms that I saw from tripadvisor. I am not disappointed with the room. I got a premium Pearl Bed Suite (no upgrade unfortunately) with a large comfy bed, sitting area with bed day, a small sitting out area on the ground (garden as such). The closet and bathroom areas are very big. You won't feel crowded if you come with a family. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. I was lucky to be treated by Honey who greeted me at the airport and showed me the room. Staff at the reception, poolside and Tin Mine are all great. The minor things to make it perfect include a quick show around the resort on the golf car, some cleaning and maintenance to be made around the resort area. I have to particularly mention I got pampered for a 10 minutes head, neck and shoulder Thai massage at the pool which was free and most of my request for the room was entertained. The hotel is a bit far from the town and patong, it operates shuttle bus with quite a charge. However, it is well connected with the beach with lots of good restaurants and local shops just outside. To me, Indigo Pearl is on my recommended list.
