our family enjoyed a 5 nights stay at the premier pearl bed suite. Interior decoration as well as the outside and the concept of the Tin Mine, which is reflected all over is unique.
we travelled all over the world and have seen many 5 stars hotel, but as Indigo Pearl, none.
our best holiday ever.
one observation : The web side does not reflect the reality. its much better than on the web side.

We've stayed in hotels in all areas of Thailand and the SE Asia region.
This was one of the best examples for quality of service, food and accommodation.
Our room was well presented with a large bathroom and balcony area.
The local beech is very close and beautiful.
The local village which is located just outside the hotel grounds is quiet, safe and freindly.
All round good experience and would be happy to highly recommend.
Spa is extremely expensive, but nice massage facilities available in the village.

I came with my wife and 1 1/2 years old son to Indigo Pearl. Getting to the resort was quick, it so good to not spend hours and hours of limo from airport to the resort. Mostly when you have a young one with you.
The room was big and nice, we find it a bit dark, maybe the room we have did not have direct sunlight but overall it was good. Furniture was nice and we did sleep well even the baby cot was good.
Breakfast choice was good but a bit similar day by day if you stay there more then 4 nights, no big surprise in the morning.
The only thing we found not so good was the swimming pool for kid, only one as the 2 others were for adults mainly or teenager up to 16y, but as only one swimming pool with very less seat, people intended to actually put some belonging to reserve the seat and then go for breakfast so when you arrive the first day, you do not know the trick, and with my son not knowing where to seat was not nice, people was keeping the seat even though they went to have lunch for 2 hours.
I believe this should be improve maybe by allowing one more swimming pool for family.
The service was good and people was very kind, using buggy all day long was a nice touch, the kid play staff was very kind with my son.

Indigo Peal is one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever had the pleasure to stay in for a few days. We were met at the airport with a comfy air-conditioned van waiting for us. We were struck by the interesting tin mining theme at the resort. Sounds industrial and cold, but it worked. There was indigo lighting everywhere, so much detail and thought put into the decor--very lovely.

I especially enjoyed the big bathtub on our balcony with the little shade you could pull down for privacy. The service at every turn was attentive and helpful, with one exception: the bartender at the pool bar was surprisingly rude and impatient. He was the exception though--there's always one. :)

On the beach right outside the property were a number of restaurants right on the shore. We ended up trying several of them and the food was good at them all, a lot more affordable than eating in the resort, and you are sitting on the beach in candle light!

The one thing we really missed was being unable to find a good cup of coffee in the morning on the beach! They have a beach club, but they would not serve us anything until 10 (the hours posted are earlier than that). We would have relished having a good cup of coffee on the beach early in the morning.

If you are getting a spa treatment just know that there are no sauna/hot tub/locker room facilities for your use. You show up and go straight into your appointment. I had an excellent facial.

We used a Travelzoo deal we found for three nights at a great price and it was never an issue. The bill was accurate.

Indigo Pearl was gorgeous and we would most certainly stay there again.

Our third time back at Indigo Pearl and just as good as our first experience. Premium Pearl Bed Suites are excellent rooms. Reception staff are first class and should be congratulated for recognising returning customers by name. Breakfast staff were first rate and F&B Manager Enrico spoke to nearly every breakfast table each day. This and many other professional touches makes Indigo Pearl a stand-out in Phuket. We would not hesitate to return.

Room Tip: Pearl Bed Suite in blocks O,P,Q have nice outlook near the two adult pools

My wife and I stumbled across indigo pearl on the Internet while looking for a place to get married at and vacation in Thailand. When asked, the wedding/special events coordinator (Budsaba) was immediately helpful and very accommodating in setting the wedding of our dreams. From pics online to further information and options sent to us by email, indigo pearl was the perfect choice for us. When we finally arrived, the service was extraordinary and extremely accommodating from the beginning to the end of our stay... from the reception desk to the house staff to the servers and management, everyone was so friendly and ways attended to our needs with a smile. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were incredible (most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in), the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. This is a five-star establishment, a truly classy resort, and we are very glad we chose indigo pearl for a very important moment in our lives.

We just loved this amazing and quirky hotel. 5 star all the way and so many things to find in this large, but not crowded hotel. Loved all the blue glass everywhere and so many water features and amazing sculptures. We upgraded to the superior room with a sunny balcony - which was amazing, a bath with a view! The room was large and lovely high ceilings, with a large bathroom (do so love having seperate sinks!). Everything in this hotel has been highly designed, the lines on the walls of the room exactly matching the lines of the variously sized wooden panelling behind the bed and on the massive sliding bathroom door, for instance and I loved the small touches, like the giant nut and bolt toilet roll holders. An enormous selection for breakfast and various restaurants and snack bars. Large grounds and a choice of pools. Also the amazing spa - highly recommended. Even single or some double sunbeds at the beach, with cold drinks, fruit and ice lollies given to refresh you. We didn't want to come home!

Room Tip: We preferred the higher room and, on walking around, were glad we'd upgreded to the slightly hig...
