“Value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

Arrived late, left early. Helpful staff, clean, quiet and spacious room. Too quiet - should have set the alarm! Breakfast was in the nearby pub restaurant and was of good quality - if booking this on way to ferry then breakfast is much superior to eating on the boat!

Room Tip: We stayed in room 61 hich is upstairs end or corridor overlooking car park - so you can keep an eye...

We stayed here on our way to Margate to visit our daughter. It was easy to find, plenty of parking near to the front door. A nice friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here on the 21st December prior to travelling on the Euro Tunnel. Reception staff very helpful and the room was of a good standard. We booked in advance and paid £34 which was great value. No complaints at all about the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Nothing to really add to what has been said. This hotel does a perfect job at a good price. What more needs to be said other than keep it up! I should add that its not far off the M20 and Waitrose is only about 5 minutes away (take the Tenterden Road) which is handy for a DIY breakfast or evening picnic

Stopped here overnight to avoid the M25 before the Channel Tunnel. Reliably comfortable rooms, very friendly welcome and a pleasant drink in the bar before getting a good nights sleep. Extremely cold outside but inside warm and toasty, got us in the mood for Christmas!

The room was very cold on our arrival especially as we had to shower straight away.
The room was very clean and the bathromm was especially clean.
The only gripe apart from the warmth was the fact the duvet was tucked in the bottom and was quite restricting at first.

Booked this hotel because it was cheaper. Ashford town centre is not far away and the nearby M20 will take you to Maidstone Central. The hotel is clean with friendly helpful staff. It is so quiet that a good night sleep is guaranteed. Room has tea and coffee making facilities and Free View TV. Beefeater Grill is just a few yards away can have a Full English breakfast then go out and explore the surroundings areas and return to a great evening dinner.... Brilliant
