A very pleasant clean hotel with excellent service from the staff, however beware of taking a room at the front of the hotel. These rooms overlook a horrifically busy main road and you will probably have a disturbed night, but if you manage to get a room away from that road you'll find yourself in a comfortable situation. There's a dim sum restaurant downstairs which serves a good breakfast of the 'two fried eggs, two toast, one coffee' variety.
It will take you at least 15 minutes to walk to Kata beach.
One star off for the noisy rooms and long walk to the beach, otherwise a very satisfactory hotel for a reasonable price.
Room Tip: Stipulate a room away from the main road at the front of the hotel.
