“Great food, value, and staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2012

Prices were cheap for phuket, good value for the quality of food. European and Thai cuisine. Large menu with many good offerings. Thai section doesnt have a ton of proteins (fish or poultry) but the smaller plates had portions big enough to fill you up. Had Pad Thai which was a large portion and very tasty. Also got a green curry and beef soup. Delicious. One of the best meals we had in Phuket and a tremendeous value. Decour isnt high end but the food speaks for itself. Right near our hotel so location was convenient, service was good, highly recommend.

“Ok option for Thai food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

Average prices for average Thai food. Noodle soup was a little bland and drunken noodles were extremely oily. They were accommodating towards vegetarians, but I think there are better options nearby.

“Good food fairly cheap”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 5, 2012

Went here twice for lunch and dinner. Ordered thai food for dinner and was pleased, got served green curry although I ordered red curry but i wasn't bothered it was still good. Had a burger and chips for lunch it was ok. Fairly cheap, not thai cheap but on the cheaper end for tourist food. Staff were nice i'd eat there again.

“Not as good as reviews suggest. Bog standard food in dingy surroundings.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2012

Having been on a mission to try as many thai restaurants on 5 different beaches over 3 weeks, we were more than a little disappointed here, given its relatively high position on TA. Not having tried the myriad of other options nearby, I cannot comment on how it rates relative to its peers, but our deep fried prawns were soggy and oily, the spring rolls burnt and bland, and the rest of the meal eminently forgettable. It didn't even have a beachfront location to ease the food issues. On the plus side it was cheap. Tonight we are going to try Red Chair - a recommendation from a friend. It has to be better than this. Surely? For reference, the best restaurant so far is the Twin Brothers in Surin beach.
