“Thought provoking tourist attraction”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2013

Here's a way to keep the kids entertained as well as aware, and you're guaranteed to learn something yourself.

Well presented archaelogical facts and figures laid out in the undulating savannahs of South Africa, outlining the background to the oldest finds of human remains on the planet.

“Step back with the humanoids”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

Very interesting place to see where man came from. It definitely raises aome serious questions pertainimg to the origins of mankind. Some deeply religous folks might have a difficult time dealing with the science of the development of mankind. I strongly suggesst you keep an open mind and heart. Very enlighting place. You don't have to be a Darwin fan...just come with an open mind.

“Pretty interesting museum”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2013

Lots of informative information on how the earth became what it is today and how humans have evolved over time. One of the fun things you get to do is take a boat ride and see the different climates we face on this planet. After that, there are many interactive exhibits upstairs. Great for families.

“I recommend.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2013

I went to the museum on 27th October 2013 and I strongly recommend. Its cheap (ZAR 135,00 per adult) and easy to get there. Half day is sufficient to see everything.
