I stayed in a room in this establishment as a part of a service trip with my school. I was blown away by this hotel. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, both with our sleeping arrangement needs and some of our dietary restrictions. The rooms were comfortable, cool, and cleaned daily. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers always hot. I felt safe in the hotel, and in the neighborhood we were in. The hotel is centrally located to a number of great places in Jinotega. Breakfast every morning was to die for, and was safe to eat. I never had any concerns about them not using bottled water to prepare their food. Looking at it on the outside you would not think that this hotel is a very large complex, but it is, with a wonderful courtyard on the inside as well that is full of plants. The hotel has a large meeting space that was great for us to use. Loved our experience and if I'm ever back in Jinotega again I'd stay here in a heartbeat.
