Casperia is a beautiful village with no cars and La Torretta is a lovely home run by Maureen and her daughter Jennifer in their resored home with lovely views and a big living room with a fireplace and 15th century frescoes. We had a cooking lesson on the saturday morning and learnt to make pasta, tiramisu and parmesan baskets and then went to visit other lovely villages in the afternoon. Rome is only 50 minutes away.Excellent value.
