I have stayed with my mother and sister for a long weekend at this great hotel.

The room was spacious, although the third bed was a little small for an adult. They have bigger suites but unfortunately non was available during our stay.

The food was excellent, breakfast and lunch are served in buffet style and for dinner we had a choise of several starters, mains and desserts. All dishes were well presented and tasted great. The service was outstanding.

We have used the gym very morning, it is not very big but well equipped. We also participated in Qigong and ThaiQi, which was very relaxing.
If you want to participate at some of the sports acitivities, for excample TRX, sign in on time because only 4 guestes can participate.

The Spa is outstanding, with several saunas an outdoor swimming pool and salt water jacuzzi. We particularly liked the relaxing area on the second floor.

Bring your one body lotion and hair conditioner since there are only small bottles in the room which will not be refilled during your stay.

Over the past 10 years, my husband and I have stayed at Jungbrunn about 4 times. Every time is a treat and even better than the last stay.

Family Gutheinz are constantly investing in the facilities and we are alway surprised to see how many new things we can experience at this Alpine jewel.

THE FOOD is wellness gourmet at its finest! Healthy, rich, tasty, inventive ..... exquisite! It's much better than other 4-5 star wellness hotels where sometimes 3 out of 5 courses are buffet style. At Jungbrunn besides a light and fresh salad buffet and the possibility of an assortment of cheeses for dessert - all courses are served and presented uniquely.

The WELLNESS AREA - is excellent. There is something for everyone and is never over crowded. I especially enjoy the outdoor area around the pond. On a sunny winter day, there's nothing more relaxing than to leave the sauna and bathe in the Alpine sun!

THE BAR is also a must. The barkeeper is very friendly and knowledgeable and it is a great place to discover new cocktails.

THE STAFF is great.

We will definitely be back. Jungbrunn makes me think that searching for another wellness hotel is just a waste of time.

Jungbrunn is wellness perfection!

Room Tip: We chose the"Brunnenstube" room and it was excellent. It was small but very modern with a...

We spent a weekend at Hotel Jungbrunn. We were deeply impressed. The hotel is really very nicely designed and excellently maintained. The Spa area is outstanding: it has outdoor swimming pools with hot water, several saunas and steam baths and there is a huge area to get treatments.

The dinner was outstanding, excellent food (6 courses), very nice service with local staff and the wine menu was impressing.

Breakfast buffet was great and of excellent quality, even though the hotel was fully booked over the weekend we were there.

Overall, an excellent experience in every respect. Very reasonable prices for such an outstanding quality and we highlight again the excellent service very friendly and well-qualified with local personnel.

We have travelled extensively. This has to be one of the hippest, inspiring and out of this world hotels in Europe. It is a profusion of traditional and contemporary design with a result that will inspire the travellers body and soul. No stone has been left unturned here. It is a benchmark for the leisure/wellness hotel industry. Well done to the owners for being brave and having the vision to create the Jungbrunn.

I must preface that i have always had amazing service and hospitality in Austria, which makes me say that Austria is the most welcoming country i have ever visited. Also, SPA hotels in Austria are always outstanding. Expectations are clerly high, and Jungbrunn has everything to be an excellent hotel, and it would be, if the service was at par.
Let's start with the many positives: the hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated, in a modern way with an Austrian "old fashion" twist. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms not huge but have everything that you need, including a large shower. We had a balcony with a spectacular view, and of course the location is stunning. Food is also very good, from the breakfast buffet, to dinner, to the afternoon "snack" which is really lunch... The SPA is also beautiful, with comfortable lounge beds and many relaxing areas. Price/ quality ratio is also perfect: this is not a cheap hotel, but it is absolutely worth what they charge.
Now the service.... Here are a few of examples of disappointing service: there are 2 SPA receptions, and the SPA is quite large and confusing: we were waiting for 15 minutes in what was clearly and empty ( during opening hours) and - wrong - reception before someone finally showed up to let us know that the waiting Area for the massage was on an entirely different floor... no apology, and we were 10 minutes late for the massage. Service at lunch and breakfast was slow, dificult to get attention from one of the many waiters, although somehow dinner was ok. And finally, the handling of a query: i thought we had been erroneously overcharged for a treatment; once i got home, i sent an email to ask for a clarification, especially since the brochure seemed to indicate that i had indeed been erroneously overcharged; it took a week - and a reminder to get
reply, that acknowledges that the brochure is indeed misleading, that we had been incorrectly informed about the full cost of the treatment And that despite all of this we would not get a refund but a free treatment next time we go.... mmmh....

We visited the Jungbrunn from the USA for the 3rd time for our spa educational experience this past June 2012. This is the best place for an active lifestyle, with a fantastic indoor and outdoor imersion for all of the senses. Surrounded by lush green and snow capped mountains, the air is pure and the water is crystal clear rejuvenating the body, soul and spirit. The food is adventuress and excellent. The spa facilites are tip top and superbly maintained.
The staff is upbeat and excellent. We are coming back with our group next year and many more years to follow. Thanks to the Jungbrunn Team! Markus and Mrs. Gutheinz and Claudia Sartori and their supporting cast of the Jungbrunn professionals
Cheers,
