The complex was very well laid out. Staff helpful and friendly. Accomodation was modern, basic and very clean. The only complaint was that the self catering equipment was not sufficient enough to do any actual catering (2 tumblers, 2 side plates, 2 dinner plates and 2 saucepans - not a sharp knife or chopping board in sight!).

The location was idea for getting around to other places by car on the island. Molyvos town is a good half an hour walk.

We stayed at this place for two nights and greatly enjoyed it. This is a modern hotel with helpful staff and very comfortable clean rooms, most of which come with a clear sea view. It also has a well-sized swimming pool (diving is allowed) in a nice surrounding area. Breakfast is well above average as far as Lesbos hotels are concerned.

Those offered ground-floor rooms (read semi-basement, no balcony) and people without their own means of transportation are likely to come out less satisfied with this hotel than we have been, especially since the beach in front of the hotel is stony. Another factor to consider is that this hotel was built in several stages, meaning that some blocks are considerably older than others.

Overall, however, this place is definitely worth considering if you are staying in the Molyvos area. Just make sure you secure one of the better rooms and, if possible, a car or scooter.

Although listed as a hotel this is a development of s/c studios and apts., with the option of b&b. Most of the rooms have great sea views and are quite spacious. The large pool and surrounding area are superb. Only one UK tour operator (out of 6) has an allocation here. There is a restaurant for guests not wishing to s/c., and a mini-market run by the very friendly Stratos. In a very peaceful location nearly 2 miles from Molyvos the hotel runs a free courtesy bus into town 5 times daily. The airconditioning is also FOC. There are other excellent tavernas within walking distace and the local bus stops at the entrance. The nearby beaches are stoney. To make the most of this island a car is essential. We always eat out but if you intend to cook be aware that kitchen equipment is minimal. We would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

Just booked to go back to the Panselinos my wife and i love this place so laid back and so is the island itself. THis will be our third year there. The apts are very clean and the staff are so helpfull, nothing is to much trouble. The view fro m some of the rooms are stunning and the view from the swiming pool is brilliant.You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner at the apts or about two hundred yds down the road is a very good eating hole. The drawbacks are, you need a car, there is no decent beach at Molyvos the best beach is about two mile away also there are no shops near the apts to get any food to eat at your apts.There are some great restaurants in Molyvos. My best tip is to get a car, you will need one to see this lovely island
