“All food needs to be preordered”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

The owner is a very nice and pleasant person and the house tour is fantastic. However if you are coming for the culinary experience please be aware that they only serve food from 2 and you have to preorder otherwise the food will take 1 1/2 hours to prepare.
The view is amazing and the little town is beautiful.

“The perfect place in Croatia”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

In case you arrive in Croatia, on the Island of Brac, I strongly recommend to visit this place. It is the best restaurant that we had in Croatia, with very friendly people, an owner who leads you through the history of his family and of his country with a lot of gentleness. Thank you very much for the moment spent and for the perfect meal!

“Amazing people making incredible food and wine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

As we mostly travel for food and beaches, we were happy to discover this unexpected amazing place 20 minutes from Supetar. We asked where we could go and have a nice dinner after beach hopping east of Supetar and this gem was suggested by the tourist office in so we decided to rent a scooter and go check it out.
The owners are a fabulous and welcoming family. The father and son make delicious wine and were gracious to let us taste previous vintages. The mother is an incredible and strong woman who has a bookkeeping business and also tends to some nice rooms in the area.
The food is very generous and delicious. The fish was a sea bass and the meat was very well cooked.
The dessert was exquisite and like a take on the French creme caramel but better.
A definite must if you want an authentic experience far from the horrible tacky tourist traps in the other little towns.

“A great find in Dol!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013

Came across this place when visiting the old town of Dol. A real gem, a true croatian experience with very friendly family staff who couldn't do enough for us! Highly recommended - 150 Kuna menus with local food and wine all included. If ever I am back in Dol, I will most definitely visit again!

“Perfect in every way!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

We were staying in Postira as part of a VBT biking trip. Our guides recommended this for dinner one evening and 13 of us went along with his suggestion. It was AMAZING! We were greeted by the hosts and given a private tour of the home. We then had a delicious meal on a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley with a view to the sea. The service was excellent and the food and wine were plentiful! Would highly recommend this unique dining experience.
