Visited for 4 nights in July 2012. Had a 2 person room on the lower part of the building which included aircon, cooking facilities and fridge. Bathroom good with typical Greek plumbing but no outside window.
External sitting area under an olive tree was really nice for having a drink and watching the sunsets at night, in the company of the resident cat.
The Seafront is indeed on the seafront and you can walk down the rocky path to the sea whenever you want for a swim, very nice first thing in the morning.
It's a 10 minute walk on a windy road down the hill to Milina which is typical Greek seaside town with mainly Greek tourists, very few English/French/German etc but English seems to be spoken and understood widely.
Milinia is a good base for exploring the lower part of the Pelion peninsular and an hours drive out to the very picturesque village of Aghia Kiriaki is strongly recommended.
If you fancy something a little off the beaten track i'd recommend a visit for a few days, we split the week by also visiting the Maistra in Tsagardia (you can check out my review of it) and I think a 2 centre week is the ideal way to explore Pelion.
