“They're supposed to look like what!?”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

These suggestive looking rocks are part of every 'Island Tour' and are like a magnet to sightseers. Considering that they are supposed to look like reproductive organs, you may be surprised to see families of all ages and nationalities happily posing in front of them.
The lurid post-cards on sale manage to make them look almost pornographic.
If the tide is high or there are waves crashing in (it happens occasionally) then Grandmother rock may not be visible. Use common sense when near the water's edge.
Lots of souvenir shops are crammed close by, some selling local confections and handicrafts.
A memorable location, well worth a visit!

“interesting rock formations, worth a look to say have done it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

Worth a look, sea views are good and rock formations are interesting, tide has to be low for viewing the grandmother rock which it was when we went. Plenty of people there when we went, good to say have seen and tick off list but not an awful lot to do after 10-15 mins.

“Bit naughty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

This is worth a look, where else other than Thailand would youn get natural rock formations like these. We couldnt really see gramdmother rock due to the rough sea but grandad rises to all expectations.

“Nice view - not much else to see”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2013

I would rate this attraction as a 'waste of time' - took us longer to get in and out of the carpark than to see the 'special' rocks!
