This was our first time at a Marmara club, but we had visited Djerba already. The hotel was nice and clean, the personnel was very friendly, and the animation team was dynamic. I found the food to be good, not 5 star, but we knew that when we booked. There were a lot of fish dishes, however there were not enough fruits (grab an orange in the evening if you want any fruit at breakfast time!)
We were very disappointed that bottled water was not provided. You can avoid buying water by filling your bottle at the numerous water fountains. I recommend this hotel for a good family vacation, but remember that you are in Tunisia, not Europe. The standards are not the same as France. I also recommend the Pirate ship excursion, especially if you have children.
Finally, I found the spa to be very nice. I did the 3-day treatment, and it was great.
