We can especially recommend their fresh fish dishes.
If you get "fed up" with Tunisian food, you can go there to have a well prepared steak with quality french fries.
The atmosphere was authentic and the staff were service minded and english/german speaking.
As abnormal in Djerba the menu was available in english.

Among locals the restaurant is called "Al Jazina" and is situated next to the taxi station (Gare du Taxi). Average price with taxi from Zone Touristique (where the hotels are) is approximately 5 dinar. 7 at night.

We wish you a nice experience.

“Great lunch spot in Houmt Souk.”

This is in the heart of Houmt Souk, the main shopping area of Jerba. The food is good, the price is very modest and beer and wine is served. Service was very slow on my last several visits, so if you need to meet up with a group and or a bus, taxi or flight to catch...be forewarned that the consequence of the good food, modest price and the availability of wine and beer, it has been consistently that I have experienced slow service...both from the waiters and with food coming out at varying stages. If time is not an element, it is an enjoyable restaurant. Ask for a table on the second floor.
