i know that greeks are very kind people i have been several times in crete and rhodos
in minos imperial we felt once again the greek hospitality the smille and the way to offer you small things to make you happy and confortable
there are several restaurants with different food , but the most important to us is that there are 3 restaurants for breakfast so that in the morning is not crowded
most important to me is tha rastaurant for adults only.. very good service and not children around
the pool for adults only with butler service, fitness corner, internet corner next tothe pool ,jacuzi
seating place overlooking the ocean
rooms are confortable and big bathrooms with shower cabin... nice garden and all those next to the beach.
in the beach there is a protected space from waves and this is for children and people that they do not know how to swim well like me!

Hi everyone read the reviews before we went in Sept 2012, not impressed with some of them,
so it was a big surprise when we arrived to a big warm welcome from the staff, taken to our room.
Food very good, staff so polite the english could take lessons from these people. Animation team so funny put on shows every night. no problem with ordering drinks.
Lots of Germans and French, but you get rude people in every race, I recommend the 4x4 off roading trip, you see sights you would not get to see in a normal bus.
The sea was perfect all week, plenty of sunbeds, If you have problem with steps best you avoid this hotel as it has plenty off them.

we have been to many hotels all inckusive in crete we come several years in the beautifull island of crete
chania rethimnon chersonissos we choose those 5 star all inclusive we travel with our children
this year we choose minos imperial . many friends told us about it and they are correct.
all international alcoholic drinks was named such as cutty shark, belvedere, bells etc.. all soft drinks from pepsi cola and not like others no name and only full of chemicals for our children,3 restaunants for brerakfast so that in the morning not to be crowded. one of the place in on the top of the beach overlooking the sea.during lunch there are 4 restaurantce full of snacks icecream ,pancakes and others.
in the evening there are a lot of choices,the main restaurant with chinese,greek,italian,antipasti,mexican,asian,salads,too many kind of fruits etc
we love the good food during our holiday we love greece and now we are very happy with minos imperial.

Travelled with husband and two children, 16 and 11. Our room was spacious and clean with a separate room for the kids and had a seaview, which i would recommend you pay the extra for.
All inclusive is a good bargain as you get drinks, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and coffee and cakes.
The food in the dining room did get a bit repetitive but was plentiful even for us as vegetarians. The staff were very good and so hardworking, We swopped dinner for lunch on several days and ate in Agios.
Agios is a lovely town, touristy but also a real town unlike some of the other resorts we passed through on our long coach transfers.
The pools were great, and we had no problem getting sunbeds.
