Travelled with husband and two children, 16 and 11. Our room was spacious and clean with a separate room for the kids and had a seaview, which i would recommend you pay the extra for.
All inclusive is a good bargain as you get drinks, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and coffee and cakes.
The food in the dining room did get a bit repetitive but was plentiful even for us as vegetarians. The staff were very good and so hardworking, We swopped dinner for lunch on several days and ate in Agios.
Agios is a lovely town, touristy but also a real town unlike some of the other resorts we passed through on our long coach transfers.
The pools were great, and we had no problem getting sunbeds.

We booked one week HB last minute deal on net and found this beautiful hotel to be one of the best we have ever stayed in. The hardworking staff have extremely high standards - cleanliness is second to none!! They were all helpful and friendly - no request was too much trouble. The animation team offer activities for those who want them. Quiet location although positioned just off the main coastal road. Our large sea view room with balcony provided superb views. Self service buffet - soups, salads, meat, fish etc - in main dining room. We would recommend going 'All inclusive. We enjoyed a relaxing, chilled out week and hope to return soon ...

The rooms are very nice, clean and the service very good. The food in Panorama restaurant was every day different, very tasty and the service fantastic. The bar has a fantastic view to the Cretan sea and I enjoy it sitting there and drinking a beer. All the drinks (wine, refreshments, juices) are name drinks, nothing to compare with other hotels with no name wines and refreshments. I took what I pay and this is important.

If you want a clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing week in the sun it is perfect.
The hotel decor is fantastic, it has everything you could want or need. Everywhere was spotless - around the pools, in the rooms, dining room and communal toilets. And the staff in reception and the dining area were all very helpful, hardworking and friendly.
The rooms were spacious with big balconies overlooking the sea (we paid extra for a sea view but more 90% of the rooms seemed to look out in that direction anyway!) The views are beautiful with panoramic views of turqoise seas and mountains.
You have everything you need in the room
If you're HB you can easily swap your evening meal for lunch if you fancy going out in the evening for dinner. And you can stock up on beers in the local supermarkets and keep in the fridge in your room if you just fancy a cold drink on the balcony at the end of each day. The food in the buffet was simple but good quality and the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel gave you peace of mind about the kitchen!

The hotel is a few miles out of town but in our minds this was a bonus as it was quieter. We were lucky enough to have a car and we went out most days for a greek salad lunch or iced coffees or beers at one of the seafront tavernas in and around Aghios Nikolaos. Ag Nik is a beautiful place with lots of good places to eat and drink and just chill out in the shade over looking the beach.
