Last November we spent a long weekend at the Park Hotel Le sorgenti with our 5 years old daughter. Staying in such a hotel has been an experience in itself thanks to the charming atmosphere of this 18th century palace. The room was large and clean, the meals were rich and tasty. The position of the hotel is very convenient for visiting the most celebrated destinations of Tuscany such as Florence and Pisa. The price was reasonable and affordable for a family. We do hope to come back again in the next years!

Travelling with children has always been a problem! Either you satisfy their interests, without thinking of yourself, or you try to bring them arround even if they are not willing to follow you. In any case, it’s stress. At Park Hotel Le Sorgenti we have found the perfect solution. Being the hotel situated near to the most famous cultural sites of Tuscany, we have managed to visit Florence, Pisa, Lucca , Vinci in half day trips, spending the hot afternoons in the swimming-pool inside the fabulous park. The children were very happy, meeting the other guest’s children at the pool and having the opportunity to play all the time, and we had time to relax, and to organise the next day.

The children didn’t have to sit in the restaurant, but we sat every evening at the terrace, so they could move and walk arround without disturbing the others. The food was really as expected in Italy!

The personnel was also children-friendly, and moreover, very professional in giving the informations about the sites to visit.

We were all at our ease, and we regret to have stayed only 10 days!

this hotel was an absolute gem! it was very laid back and relaxing the reception staff where excellent, guiding us very well to their hotel as we where a little lost! the driveway leading to the hotel was really pretty, when we went inside we were not disappointed. this 17th century villa was full of character and charm, keeping to the theme of the villa the furniture and outlay of the rooms was just perfect, and immaculate.no kids activities which was fine, the kids loved the pool, which wasnt massive, but roomy enough.
visit the funicalore up to monticatini alto which is really quaint and a trip to Lucca is highly recommended. would certainly visit this hotel again.

This hotel has a very kind atmosphere. The receptionist, the servers and all the others were very friendly. Our room was clean and bright. Our view was amazing. Every time we went to our room, it was clean. The food was delicious in the restaurant. We tried out the thermal spa, the sauna, and the outdoor swimming pool. I must say wow. This hotel is perfect with a lot of freetime activity. We will be back!
