This restaurant is on my top 5 favourite list in Tuscany. The menu is always different so even if you come as a regular there is always something new to discover. New view on "old recipes" with superb local produce. I must say that the chef has also some humour in presenting his exquisite dishes, like the fishhamburger to name just one if my favourites. Some very good and rare wines ( try the Gadì from Pantelleria !). Not a fish lover ? No problem they make excellent pizzas too !
