Stayed at this hotel as part of an "Islands of the Caribbean Tour" with Saga. This hotel needs a huge injection of cash to bring it up to the standards expected by Saga clients. The management and staff, although very pleasant, need training in customer service and even the domestic staff need training in how to service a room properly. On checking in, there are just too many faults in the rooms which haven't been attended to and sometimes are not attended to ,even after being reported.
However on the plus side, the hotel has a wonderful natural setting and could become an upmarket boutique hotel if a lot of money was spent. Also the food was pretty good and dining room staff very attentive
