In a way I really want to keep BLBR my secret. This is our second time to BLBR in 7 months. The booking was easy and the people at Fiji Travel Network replied straight away to emails and was friendly and helpful over the phone. We fired quite a lot of questions at them and they were always quick to respond.

Our first trip was in October and was for 5 nights only and our second end of April this year for 9 nights. We had the Beach front villa which is definitely worth every cent. We've stayed in 2 and 5 and they are both as good as each other. Firstly the staff are all absolutely amazing, they go the extra mile. We did not expect much regards to food, but the food was top class and every night was a different 3 course menu with pallet cleansers and amuse bouche! It was like eating at a really good restaurant.

The beach is pristine, the water perfect and the reef is 20m from your door. Not sure who the dogs belonged to, but they were sweet and well trained and a welcome visitor next to our deck chairs.

My husband and I tried to think what we would change if we could and we could not think of one thing. I hope BLBR never changes and that we can make it an annual visit.

Thanks everyone at BLBR!

Room Tip: Pay for the beach front Bures, all nice... 1 is a little busier than the others. Take enough cash fo...

If you like beautiful beaches, snorkelling from the shore, canoeing around pretty coast over beds of coral, superb food, luxurious accommodation, the friendliest of staff, then go to this resort. It is the best place I have ever been; now I am home it seems almost a dream, it was so fantastic. I looked at the Top ten islands and couldn't believe that Nacula was not on the list, it should be!

Room Tip: The garden villas are spacious, very pretty and quite private. I prefer them to the ones on the sho...

No shoes for five days, an amazing reef, showering under the stars, cocktails, good food, and very very friendly staff. We have had an unforgettable time at the Blue Lagoon Resort and can highly recommend it to everybody! We hope to be back soon!

Cheers,
Bas en Tanja

We recently stayed at the Blue Lagoon Beach Resort with our 2 children and baby. It is a beautiful location, very authentic, with lovely accomodation and very friendly and welcoming staff. We also got married while we were there and we cant thank Troy & Kate enough for making our day very special, as well as the staff who sang for us, arranged the location and prepared our beautiful flowers and dinner. We will never forget it. Our two older children loved the kids club with Nate and Naomi and everyone loved our baby Charlotte. Woudl definitely recommend it.

Had an amazing time here, only stayed for 2 nights in a Bure and wish we stayed longer.
The Bure was just what we needed, small but private. The bathroom was shared with those staying in the dorm and it wasn't a problem having a shower, didn't have to queue. There is no hot water here.
The resort is gorgeous and the beach is amazing! The food is fantastic!
Lots of entertainment and the staff are lovely. Kayaks are free to take out, paddle boards are hire of $20 per hour and snorkel gear is $5 per day (FJD)
There were travellers (like us), couples, families and everyone was really friendly.
Meal plan is $99 FJD per day.
This is a must see island!

We had a wonderful time. We stayed 10 days in one of the lovely Garden Villas for our 30th wedding anniversary. The Garden Villas are a treat. The bed was so comfortable and the outside shower bathroom area was gorgeous. The Fijian people there were so welcoming and kind, we were spoiled and felt like we were in a 5 * Hotel. The food was also amazing. The Fijian Indian chef V has been there since the beginning and is shows. What he manages to produce on this remote island is truly astounding. The price is reasonable but the bar is a bit too expensive and they do like to charge for nearly everything.
I had some great diving. The chapel dive with the sharks was a treat. The snorkelling just off the beach was some of the best see https://youtu.be/KKxRjUi30Yw this link to our video of our underwater experiences.
They try to cater for gluten free and sometimes get it right but vegetarians are well catered for and the fish dishes are superb.
We met some great people and really enjoyed spending 10 days in one spot getting to know the staff who were a highlight of the holiday
The WiFi was simply awful, free but awful. Dont rely on it. Admittedly they were having software issues and it may be better again sometime
There is no nightlife on the island. Don't come here if you want to party. This is the place for a nice quiet family time or couples and a good quality holiday

Room Tip: Garden Villas are excellent value for money. The dorms are really comfortable. All the rooms are q...

This resort combines comfort with an authenticity that you don't get at the mainland resorts. The staff are friendly and hard-working, the villas are charming and the food is plentiful and excellent. Children are especially well catered for. The kids' club, run by the magnificent Nate, consists of a programme of well-thought out activities that the children actually want to engage in e.g. coconut boat races in the pool, treasure hunts, cooking classes. Snorkelling on the reef is gorgeous, as is walking in the hills behind the resort. The glimpse that you get into life on a remote Fijian island on the village trip is very interesting. A beautiful location for a relaxing family holiday.
