Whilst you can be assured of a lovely welcome and excellent breakfast, the accomodation was very poor indeed. Don't be fooled by the photos of the bedrooms which make out they are considerably larger than they really are, nor illustrate the fact that the walls are paper thin. The electrics are truely lethal with the sockets hanging right off the wall and almost touching the floor which had puddles from the leaking radiator. The washing facilities were too minisule to be classed as 'en suite' and only the slimest would be able to use the toilet in comfort. In any event the toilet was barely functioning and the there was no hot water. The shower looked most univiting anyway. For the same price we had stayed in some superb, high class B&Bs along the Wicklow Way so this was way and below standard. We therefore cut short our visit and beat a hasty retreat to finish our holiday in comfort elsewhere!
