Description: Kilmartin Museum Cafe is open every day from 10 - 5 from March to end October and 11 - 4 during November and December. We close from Christmas until the beginning of March each year. The cafe provides lunches, cakes, teas and coffees. Wherever possible, our delicious and wholesome food is prepared on the premises and cooked to order. We cater for special diets on request and there are always vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options on offer. The cafe is on two levels, upstairs in the barn and downstairs in the green oak conservatory with views across Kilmartin Glen. We have wi-fi and daily papers so you can always keep in touch.

“Delicious dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2010

Only open Thurs Frid Sat evenings for dinner and they limit number so pre book. Food delicious and portions are large. Scullen skink soup , duck & puddings a treat. Go hungry! Dinner served in glass conservatory looking over countryside. They do really nice coffee & lunches every day museum is open. Lovely area to explore if you like history & standing stones - masses of sites. Nice churchyard in village

“Gorgeous food in unique setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2010

I've enjoyed several fantastic evening meals, one absolutely unbeatably scrumptious buffet dinner, and several afternoon visits with tea, coffee, soup & sandwiches, cakes, etc.
There are three seating areas: outdoors; indoors on ground floor, with a view of lovely art work on the ancient stone walls; and on the lower level in what feels almost like being out-of-doors -- the views of Kilmartin Glen, a few prehistoric cairns and Scottish sheep and cattle is simply delightful.
Dining possible Thursdays-Saturdays only -- do check the website and/or call for details and to book your table.
