We had a fantastic time at the All Seasons resort. I had to give some thought on how to describe our experience as it was unlike any other places we have stayed. Basically, the whole resort is set up as cottages, all one-bedroom, all one story and mostly clustered around the pool, dining room, bar, and front desk area. (I say mostly as there are 45 units or so and 30-odd of them are this setup; the other cottages are the same layout but face the garden area.) All these cottages have a front porch with furniture. So being a cottage, there is a fairly basic kitchen but everything needed is there (microwave, fridge, stove, dishes, etc.) Also with a cottage people tend to spend a lot of time on the porch or pool area and so one gets to know the other people staying at the resort. We are quiet people typically but we found it very easy to chat with folks from all over. I should also mention the air conditioning in the bedroom worked very well so sleeping well was never an issue. There are also ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living room/dining area. The place also has also other amenities such as a small business center and a small gym. The pool has a kids section and an adult section and it was very well kept (clean) while we were there. I should also point out the property is not on the beach so if one is looking for beachfront, this is not it. However, the beach is less than a 10-minute walk away and it is very quiet. (I have a picture below which shows my wife all by herself on the beach. This was mid-afternoon during the first week of March!) Even though we were not alone all the time, there was never a crowd there at the beach. One of the other assets (one very big one in our opinion) is the location. Within a 15-minute walk of the of property there is a full-fledged grocery store (with quite a wine and spirits selection) , places to eat (both cheap and not so cheap), a fruit stand, medical center, coffee shops, banks and all kind of souvenir places. Also from a shopping perspective, there is a nice Cave Shepherd at the end of the street (5 minutes) and for folks with more money, there is the Limegrove Center with stores like Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, etc all within a 15-minute walk. Another asset was the resort staff, front desk, maintenance, housekeeping all of whom were very friendly and helpful. The only downside (minor for us) was that the internet (free in the pool area) was not as reliable or as fast as at home but that was a minor inconvenience. All in all, we were very pleased and we are already making plans to go back next year but stay longer.
